Position Summary
We’re looking for motivated new and current Apprentices to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be learning the trade by working with talented and knowledgeable Electricians. You will learn how to use hand tools, power tools, safely remove and renovate old electrical systems and devices, and install new electrical systems and devices, all while learning how and why electrical systems operate. This is a necessary step in pursuing the lucrative career of becoming a Journeyman Electrician.
Responsibilities
- Attend classes required for the Apprenticeship Program
- Learn about all parts of installing electrical parts and systems
- Install and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Follow local electrical codes and ensure all work is compliant and safe
- Take direction from Electricians in an effort to thoroughly learn the trade
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times
Qualifications
- Self-driven and respectable attitude
- Desire to learn the trade
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset

Journeyman Electrician- Full Time

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential electrical systems, always delivering service with professionalism and safety in mind.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
- Perform system inspections and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Follow local electrical codes and ensure all work is compliant and safe
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver positive customer experiences
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times
Qualifications
- 4+ years of electrical experience
- Current electrician license or ability to obtain licensing
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
