Greg Stiltner built Stiltner Electric the way he learned to compete: with discipline, hard work, and no shortcuts.
His work ethic was forged on the wrestling mat, first in high school and then as a national qualifier for the University of Iowa. Immediately after graduating from Iowa, Greg entered the trades as an apprentice electrician and followed that passion in the field for ten years before his entrepreneurial appetite led him into real estate and hotel development.
Power has always been Greg’s professional passion: bringing energy to a new project and seeing it through. His lead-from-the-front style has kept him at the forefront of many of the most demanding electrical service contracts, and today he is focused entirely on leading Stiltner Electric’s growth as CEO.
Greg is also a committed philanthropist and a steadfast supporter of University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital. His story is the American dream, built on hard work and long-term dedication to his goals. He and his management team have built Stiltner Electric through hard work, commitment to excellence, and a work ethic that others fail to compete with.
